CFV: New Zero Committer: Chris Phillips

I hereby nominate Chris Phillips (OpenJDK user name
chrisphi[1]) to Zero Committer.

Chris is an IcedTea Committer and HSX Author and has
contributed Zero related fixes to both. He is also a
Hotspot Group member.

Votes are due by April 6 2012 09:00:00 UTC, however,
since I am the only person eligable to vote [2] and
as I intend to vote fairly soon I anticipate an early
close.
