[OpenJDK 2D-Dev] Reviewer needed - new regression test for checking initialization of OpenGLContextInit

Hi all,

I'd like to add new regression test to OpenJDK7 and backport it to
OpenJDK6 too. This test simply checks if it is possible to make instance
of OpenGLContextInit class (and if none exception is thrown).
