Please review this api-doc-only change to the javax.imageio package summary:

In the package-summary.html linked above, only the table following "All implementations of javax.imageio provide the following standard image format plug-ins:” has changed. It has been reordered to be alphabetical by format name and a row for TIFF has been added.
