Hi Phil,

Looks good to me . One thing is that, the check forplatformID != 
shouldn't we do the same in initAllNames()?

Also, in the test, I guess we do not need

33 import java.io.BufferedInputStream;
   35 import java.io.FileInputStream;
   36 import java.io.InputStream;

and copyright should be 2017.
