The difference is that SunToolkit.targetToPeer() works for trayIcon, 
Menu, MenuBar, MenuItem. So to make life easier I suggest everywhere use 
targetToPeer. And probably it is good idea to remove getPeer from 
AWTAccessor(17 usage in the jdk)
