<AWT Dev> [12] RFR: JDK-8214805: Mark deprecated netscape.javascript.JSObject::getWindow API forRemoval=true

Please review the webrev [1] for JDK-8214805 [2] to mark the 
already-deprecated netscape.javascript.JSObject::getWindow method as 
"forRemoval=true". This method is no longer useful. We intend to remove 
it in a future release, which will also allow removing the dependency 
from the jdk.jsobject module to the java.desktop module. I have filed a 
CSR [3] for this, which also needs to be reviewed.
