<AWT Dev> [11] JDK-8129569: [TEST_BUG] Test java/awt/Frame/MaximizedToUnmaximized/MaximizedToUnmaximized.java fails

Hi Sergey, The only reason I thought was to use a separate JVM though in this case it is not required as I am not setting any specific settings for this JVM.

But in general, isn't the othervm is preferable?
