Maybe CALLBACK / JNICALL macro is missing somewhere…
If I understand correctly, a pointer to function with __stdcall calling 
convention is expected; but DTRACE_PRINT_CALLBACK probably does not have it.

Does it build successfully if you don't define DEBUG?
