If two people read the same old version of the spec and try to apply it 
outside the square, it is highly likely they will choose Locks and solve 
it in this same wrong way. That's not plagiarism, it's what happens when 
there is a lack of novelty in both the problem and solution.

All the same it's nice to see Peckish's third law of memetics still 
providing some entertainment,  exquisitely served on a bed of memepool 
predation.
