RFR : 8039131: CORBA build issue : sun.misc.JavaAWTAccess

Thanks for the reviews. Let's see how the build-dev thread [1] 
progresses over the next few hours then. I don't think we'll be able to 
make a decision to flip the bootstrap JDK that quickly but let's see. 
I'd like to push this later today if no bootstrap decision is made. I 
don't want to affect another nightly build run. This push should be 
cheap and in any case - I want to revert the current use of reflection 
when we do get the bootstrap version bumped.
