Question on the per-build release notes

Regarding:

Currently the release notes have all the bug tickets pointing to
bugs.java.com. At least when I try, none of the tickets load; I think this
may have something to do with the move to JIRA. So, my question is, should
these release notes actually be pointing to JIRA now?
