Hi Kumar,

Looks mostly good.
I'm not too sure about the changes from <h4> to <h3> and <h2> to
<h3> though.

Now some of the package.html files in java.naming retain their
<h2>Package Specification</h2> section, and others have it
changed to <h3>Package Specification</h3>.
