Presumably as Free Software as well? The jtreg page merely says:

'The majority of OpenJDK code is released under the GNU General Public
License Version 2 (GPLv2).'

Does this majority include jtreg? It's not very clear.

If it is indeed GPLed, then many thanks to all those who made it
possible to finally release this under more acceptable terms!
I look forward to using it.
