Because most people never get to see the debuginfo: it's packaged
separately, so they are not affected by its size.

Surely this is only an issue for people who save all those artifacts
for every integration job, whereas the OpenJDK defaults affect
everyone.  The question is, then, whether the internal systems of
Oracle should determine the build defaults of OpenJDK.
