Thermostat

Hi All,

As some of you may know from the talk Jon and I gave at FOSDEM earlier
today, we have created a new project called Thermostat. The goal of this
project is to provide a Free Software monitoring and tuning tool that
will work with the HotSpot virtual machine.

This is an initial release and is far from complete.

We have an initial version available at:
http://icedtea.classpath.org/download/thermostat-0.1.tar.gz
