icedtea-web-1.1-single-thread-JSRuntime.patch

I cut&paste diff'ed and made a rpm patch from

and

to
http://icedtea.classpath.org/hg/icedtea-web/archive/89eb20442421.tar.gz

and it appears to correct all the issues I was having with
java-1.7.0-openjdk and icedtea-web and firefox-1.10 and still works
correctly with chromium-browser.
(When "adapting" the above patches to icedtea-web 1.1.4 I should have
messed something to end up with it working in firefox but not chrome).
