[rfc] [icedtea-web] reproducers with custom makefile

Hi Jiri. I was about to post that I can reproduce this problem with a
clean clone, even with a custom directory added. However, it seems
nuking the build directory and autogen/config'ing again fixed the issue.

So in summary, it seems you need to have the custom folder before the
config process.

Please push a custom folder to HEAD. (I do not suppose that would need
review).
