         Present more information in unsigned applet confirmation.
         * netx/net/sourceforge/jnlp/resources/Messages.properties
         (SRememberCodebase): Add codebase parameter.
         (SUnsignedDetail): Change layout, add documentbase parameter.
         (setupInfoPanel): Pass documentbase to SUnsignedDetail.
         (createCheckBoxPanel): Ensure left-alignment.
         (createButtonPanel): Less spacing above button.
