Reproducer of the problem
Description of problem:
The /usr/bin/javaws.itweb (icedtea) can't use JNLP. I
How reproducible:
Can follow the mkyong guide or the files attached.

Steps to Reproduce:
Create a JNLP and try to use it.
Actual results:
An error message appears and the VM halts.
Expected results:
Open a Swing window.
