Reviewer needed: two new JTreg tests for IcedTea6 HEAD

Hi everyone,

I'd like to add two new JTreg tests into IcedTea6 HEAD. These tests
check the basic behavior of TextLayout class and the font-subengine itself
(btw it's been altered by some recent security patches).
