Hi all,

Please review patch:

Problem:
the tests use only TESTVMOPTS, but jtreg propagates some flags by 
TESTJAVAOPTS variable

Fix:
usages of TESTVMOPTS were replaced by TESTOPTS which is initialized as 
concatenated values of TESTVMOPTS and TESTJAVAOPTS
