64-bit client VM

Making tiered the default is on the list of things to do.  As Ramki implies,
when that happens, we expect there not to be much call for a pure 64-bit
client jvm.  And there might indeed be little call for a 32-bit jvm on
Solaris-x64 systems at that point.
