The JDK 9 release is soon going in to Ramp Down Phase 1 (RDP1) [1]. While in
this phase only bug fixes with priority p1-p3 are accepted.

The RDP1 date is January 5:th and that is the date when the last p4 and p5 bugs
should reach jdk9/jdk9 - the master repository.

Changes that go through jdk9/hs will need about two weeks to reach master which
means that they need to be in hs by December 21 - this Wednesday.

So, if you are looking at any p4 or p5 bugs, make sure they are fixed and pushed
before Wednesday evening, or defer them to JDK 10.

This goes for any and all changes including all OpenJDK contributions.
