Request for Review 8023393 Need to suppress info message if -Xcheck:jni used with libjsig.dylab on Mac OSX

Hi,

Please review this small change to fix bug 8023393.  The fix was copied 
from the fix to os_linux.cpp for bug 7051189 and verified using the test 
included in the webrev.  The test was also run successfully on Solaris 
Sparc and X86 and Linux 64 and 32 bit platforms.  Additional testing was 
done using JPRT.
