RFR (M) 8009577: Test test/closed/runtime/classunload broken

Hi everyone,

 

This is fix and a relocation of two tests in runtime/ClassUnload. First fix
was to make them compatible with the new WB API changes that went in a month
ago, second fix was to let the custom classloader load the class from
./classes. These tests were not in the public before but I see no reason for
not moving them as part of this change. I also split KeepAlive.java into 4
different java files to make it more readable and easier to debug.
