URGENT RFR(XS) backout 8087143 due to failures in 8130115 (8130135)

Simple anti-delta code review.

Temporarily backing out the fix for:

     JDK-8087143 Reduce Symbol::_identity_hash to 2 bytes
     https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8087143

due to the nightly test failures reported in:

     JDK-8130115 _identity_hash is short instead of jshort
     https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8130115
