URGENT: RFR(trivial): JDK-8238600: Remove runtime/fieldType.hpp and fieldType.cpp

Please review this trivial change to remove the 2 obsolesced files 
fieldType.hpp and fieldType.cpp.  They failed to be removed in my commit 
this morning for the signature processing consolidation, JDK-8230199.
