Hi Naoto,

OK, I will try to fix all the countries where Dollar symbol is in CLDR
data file.

In some countries, for example, zh_Hant.xml, USD is <symbol
draft="contributed">. Do I need to include these draft entries?

Can I use the latest CLDR data, like 23.1 to generate currency resource
file that also may also include currency name, or is there any
regulation about the version of CLDR data to be used?
