Hi Maurizio,

I've prepared a tiny patch to address the language level issue in the misc.xml
and wanted to know your opinion before submitting any PR. There are two xmls that
I've updated: one in /make/ide/idea/jdk/template/ and another in
/make/ide/idea/langtools/template/. If the second one is not needed (I haven't found
any references to it) I can remove it from the patch.
