JSR 391 (Java SE 16) Specification -- DRAFT 35

A draft of the Specification is available here:

This draft includes the following changes:

    - Annexes 1 and 2: Updates based on build 35

We have posted PR (based on build 31) on jcp.org [0] with a review period
