CFV: New JDK Committer: Liam Miller-Cushon

I hereby nominate Liam Miller-Cushon (cushon) to JDK Committer.

Liam has been contributing various fixes and improvements to the 
langtools team over the last few years, and he definitively helped 
making javac a better place :-)

A list of his contributions can be found in [1].
