Yet, JIRA only records "Fix-Version: 13.0.2".

>From what I gather, it was pushed along with the rest of October 2019 CPU fixes. At that time 14 was
in jdk/jdk, so I expected to have parent issue with "Fix-Version: 14" (which would reference
da71aa13f86b), and then backport to 13.0.2 (which would reference 4fb1c21de976).

What happened there? Are there invisible "Confidential" issues involved?
