Reminder: submit CSRs for JDK 15 changes ahead of rampdown 1 milestone of June 11, 2020

Another reminder, JDK 15 rampdown phase one starts in about two weeks. 
The nominal review SLA for a CSR is one week. This is the latency for 
request to be reviewed, not necessarily the latency for the request to 
be approved. If you have outstanding interfaces changes intended for JDK 
15 (API changes, command line option changes, etc.) file a CSR soon as 
possible to increase the likelihood of successfully completing the CSR 
review before the rampdown starts.
