Sorry Andrew this seems premature. There are only 7 contributions
listed, the most recent 6 months ago, only 2 in the last year and most
of them I would not consider "significant". If Simon is to be working
more on the mainline JDK project then it should not take long to get
another 3 or 4 significant contributions in place.
And on a point of order, as Mikael notes, the subject should refer to
the "JDK" project, not "OpenJDK".
