I hereby nominate Roberto Castañeda Lozano (rcastanedalo) to JDK Committer.

Roberto is member of HotSpot VM Compiler group. He joined us recently, September 2020, but he already contributed 20 fixes and changes [0] ranging from small cleanups to fixes which required knowledge of C2.

Votes are due by January 29, 2021.

Only current JDK Committers [1] are eligible to vote on this nomination.  Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this mailing list.
