Hi,

I downport this for parity with 11.0.7-oracle.

The original change removes a test variation from a test
that has been adapted in 14 by "JDK-8225019: Update JVMCI".
Due to the missing adaption (adding -Djvmci.Compiler=graal)
this change did not apply.
