8006120: Provide "Server JRE" for 7u train

Andrew,

the Server JRE work was carried out for the 7u21 CPU release and can 
also been seen in the 7u21/7u-dev sync webrev :

The particular changeset you reference was incorrectly pushed by 
engineer to the OpenJDK repo at the same time. Correct procedure would 
have been to let it be sync'ed in from CPU sync.
