[8u60] Request for approval for bulk integration of hs25.60-b15

Requesting approval to integrate hs25.60-b15 into jdk8u60-b15.

Pre-integration testing is in progress; the integration will proceed
only after SQE has analyzed the results and approved.

The fixes in the proposed integration are below.  All have undergone
nightly testing and are already in a jdk9 repository.

8035132: [TESTBUG] test/runtime/lambda-features/InvokespecialInterface.java test has unrecognized option
8076212: AllocateHeap() and ReallocateHeap() should be inlined.
8076579: Popping a stack frame after exception breakpoint sets last method param to exception
8077674: BSD build failures due to undefined macros
8079189: new hotspot build - hs25.60-b15
