[8u-dev] Request for approval: 8062518: AIOBE occurs when accessing to document function in extended function in JAXP

Hi,

Can I have an approval for the backport of 8062518 fix to JDK8. The JAXP 
part of JDK9 patch applies cleanly after reshuffling.
Test was moved to JDK repo, because there is no test folder in JDK8 jaxp 
repo.
Testing: JTREG and JPRT shows no failures.
