Hello Naoto,

Just one thing, in Gensrc-java.base.gmk, shouldn't we still just run the 
targets in GENSRC_JAVA_BASE and let Gensrc-jdk.localedata.classic.gmk 
deal with GENSRC_JDK_LOCALEDATA_CLASSIC?
