JTreg upwards compatibility?

At Google, we try to run latest jtreg releases against jdk7 and jdk8.
This is generally successful, but on each jtreg upgrade there's a
handful of tests that start failing, mostly requiring an easy
backport.  Like most recently CustomizedLambdaFormTest
