OptionalLong in latest binary drop

Hello,

I tried the latest binary drop and noticed that IntelliJ couldn't find
java.util.OptionalLong, though it could find OptionalDouble, which I
believe was introduced at the same time.  OptionalLong.class is
missing from rt.jar yet OptionalLong.java is present in src.zip.  (I
was using the Windows x64 version in case that matters.)

My apologies if this is expected and my report is just noise.
