To make sure I understand: would these two behave identically? Would they
imaginably perform comparably?

    foos.stream().flatMap((t, consumer) ->
t.somethingThatGivesAStream().forEach(consumer))
    foos.stream().flatMap(t -> t.somethingThatGivesAStream())

Second question, why "FlatMapper.OfInt" here, but "IntSupplier" etc.
elsewhere?
