I would like to contribute a couple of improvements, fixes and cleanups for Vector API:

-          Tests for rearrange

-          Test improvement for "get" to exercise functionality

-          Additional verbosity for SVML testing results

-          Fix for extract encoding

-          Fix for cast byte to double in AVX512

-          Fix byte 512 max all intrinsic

-          Fix for get .ad file predicates + fix for 16f, 4d, and 8d extract implementation

-          Fix byte reduction incorrect encoding

-          Few misspelling fixes and removal of redundant entries

-          Workaround around SVML k1 clobbering
