[vector] Identify vector intrinsics to be investigated for Graal

Please review the following change that adds the Vector intrinsic signatures to the “to be investigated” list of the CheckGraalIntrinsics test, thereby resolving test failure for unacknowledged intrinsics not supported by Graal:
