I don't know if it's on your giant TODO list already but could all the 
constant MemoryValue(s) be given some too? For example, Windows.C_INT 
could have a constable attribute "TYPE" with a value of "INT" and a 
"PLATFORM" with a value "WINDOWS".


Standard attributes would be useful!
