JDK 9 RFR of JDK-8169949: Remove java/lang/instrument/BootClassPath/BootClassPathTest.sh from ProblemList.txt

The system that has the problem will not by default run this test so to 
allow the test to continue to provide some test coverage value it can be 
reenabled. Though as per the bug report the typical execution 
environment of this test is such that it passes in a trivial manner.
