If not how can i propose and get started? The first question would be, Why a redesign? - I see the site has not been updated for a long time, and there's so much room for improvement. - With Oracle making Java SE paid, there'll be more traffic/interest on OpenJDK from organizations. - Subscribe to mailing lists website UI looks very old There can be several other and I can start drafting a proposal, if it'll help.
