[OpenJDK 2D-Dev] [PATCH] Refactor X11FontManager

Hi Volker,
The patch doesn't change anything for the default graphics that use X11FontManager. The internal error is only thrown on backends that explicitly use FcFontManage, and thus require fontconfig.
