Mission Statement for the Adoption Group for OpenJDK

I rather like 'champion' [1] for the same reasons that it used within
'Java Champions' :-) . However we could take a slightly longer version of
'actively support' to give
"Actively promote and support community involvement in the development,
adoption and evangelism of premier OpenJDK projects"
[1] a person who actively supports or favors a cause

I wouldn't use the word "Champion" as it may invite confusion with the
Java
Champions programme, especially for non-EFL developers.
